Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Technical Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of the company’s software solutions for clients across the financial and enterprise sectors.
This position requires an experienced professional with a solid background in managing software implementation projects, particularly within fintech, financial systems, ERP, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation combined with proven project management skills to ensure every solution is deployed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with client requirements.
The Technical Implementation Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring that the organization’s platforms are properly configured, integrated, and optimized to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Implementation Management
• Oversee end-to-end software implementation projects, including planning, setup, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and final handover.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate across internal departments such as product, engineering, QA, and support to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage integrations with client systems including Core Banking, ERP, CRM, and Payment Gateways.
• Ensure effective change management, environment readiness, and proper documentation throughout the process.
Delivery Ownership & Client Engagement
• Act as the main point of contact for all implementation-related matters.
• Conduct requirements workshops, testing reviews, and project closure meetings.
• Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, challenges, and resolutions to clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
Quality Assurance & Testing
• Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities to guarantee quality delivery.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring all changes are properly documented.
• Validate that final solutions meet both business and technical expectations before going live.
Risk & Issue Management
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot integration, data, and configuration-related issues.
• Prepare contingency plans for key project milestones.
Continuous Improvement
• Document lessons learned and implementation best practices post-project.
• Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the organization’s delivery methodologies for large-scale enterprise implementations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience managing software solution implementations, preferably in fintech, ERP, or enterprise systems.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of software deployment, system configuration, data migration, and integration (API, ETL, ETTL).
o Experience with full testing lifecycles and QA coordination (SIT, UAT, regression).
o Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
o Exposure to financial systems, collections, or recovery platforms is advantageous.
• Project Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana, Google Sheets, or equivalent project management tools.
• Certifications: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
