The key responsibilities include:
- Drive student recruitment by reaching out to and counselling potential university students.
- Support existing students by encouraging them to advance to the next stage of their education at the University.
- Achieve the sales targets set by management.
- Plan, manage, and oversee departmental events such as Open Days and Public Exhibitions.
- Implement initiatives and activities within the Sales team to enhance performance and team development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the reporting line manager.
- Perform duties in accordance with the policies and systems established by the Sales Department.
Skill & Requirements
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Prior experience in Sales or Education is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and open-minded personality.
- Digitally and numerically literate; comfortable working with technology and data.
- Passionate about education, with some understanding of Malaysia’s education industry being a plus.
- Willing to learn and driven to succeed.
